Patient Forms: You will receive an email or text prompt directing you to all of the necessary patient forms prior to your visit. Please do your best to complete all necessary forms in our patient portal before your visit to our office. Completing forms ahead of time will ensure your appointment and check-in are as swift and smooth as possible. 

When to See an Orthodontist:  Kids should see an orthodontist by age 7, in case they require interceptive treatment. If your child is our pediatric patient, you don’t have to worry about this! Our orthodontist Dr. Clifton will peek in on appointments over the years or upon request. As soon as your child seems likely to need orthodontics, she’ll let you know.
