This in-house dental membership plan includes routine exams, cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride treatment. Families also receive discounts on additional recommended care. When your child doesn’t have dental insurance, routine care can be hard to budget for. The Clifton & Mauney Wellness Plan offers a more predictable way to plan for preventive visits while keeping exams, cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride on schedule.
Unlike many traditional dental insurance plans, our Wellness Plan has no yearly maximums, deductibles, preauthorization requirements, pre-existing condition limitations, or waiting periods.

Covered services must be completed before the enrollment year ends. Unused services cannot be carried into the next year or transferred to another family member. Patient responsible fees must be paid in full at time of service for the plan to remain in effect.
Wellness Plan cost and payment options
The annual membership fee is based on your child’s age. Families may enroll at any time and can choose one annual payment or a short installment schedule.
Children 13 and under
$453 annual membership fee
Children 14 and older
$546 annual membership fee

Families can pay the full annual fee at enrollment or divide the fee into three monthly installments. The first installment is due when the child is enrolled. The remaining two payments are automatically drafted during the following two months. If you’re interested in the Wellness Plan, you can request the patient forms needed to get started by contacting our team to request an appointment.

Important plan details
Please review these terms before enrolling your child:
- All patient-responsibility fees must be paid in full at the time of service.
- Services must be used during the enrollment year. Unused services do not carry over.
- Hospital services are not covered.
- The plan cannot be transferred to another patient or uncovered family member.
- The plan cannot be used with dental or health insurance.
- The effective date is the enrollment date, and the renewal date is the same date each year.
- Membership fees are nonrefundable.
- Plan pricing and terms are subject to change each year.
